At TitaneX, your satisfaction is our priority. We've designed this policy to be transparent and fair, while ensuring the quality and hygiene of our cookware.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
This applies to unused, unopened products returned in their original packaging.
Return Conditions
Unused products:
Changed your mind before using your product? No problem. Return it in its original condition with the complete packaging, and we'll refund you in full.
Used products:
We encourage you to cook with your TitaneX pan — it's through using it that you'll discover what it can do.
If you experience a performance issue after use, contact our customer care team. In most cases, a simple adjustment in technique makes all the difference.
Our team may ask you for:
- A few photos of the product
- A description of your cooking method
We'll review your situation within 48 hours, based on our official Usage Guide.
Please note: for hygiene and food-safety reasons, products that have been in contact with food cannot be returned. However, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we'll offer a replacement or a refund.
Normal Wear
Color variations (gold, bronze, rainbow tones), white spots and the development of a patina are natural characteristics of titanium. They do not affect the performance or safety of your pan in any way, and are not grounds for a return.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at contact@titanexcookware.com with your order number.
- Our team will reply within 48 hours with instructions tailored to your situation.
- For used products: send the requested photos and details for review.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our team, TitaneX will cover the return shipping.
Refund Timeline
Once your product has been returned and inspected:
- Email confirmation within 3 business days
- Refund issued to your original payment method
- Time to appear: 5 to 10 business days

The non-stick performance of our pans is physical — it depends on temperature, cooking fat and technique. Following the guide ensures the best results.
