A few simple habits, and your TitaneX will be with you for years to come. This guide covers everything you need, from day one to your thousandth meal.

Before Your First Use
Setting up your pan
A quick one-time ritual that preps the surface for years of use.
- Open the packaging and check that the product is free of any damage.
- Remove all labels, then rinse the pan with clean water and dry it thoroughly.
- Place it over high heat for about 20 seconds to let it breathe.
- Add two tablespoons of oil and spread it across the entire inside surface (and lightly on the outside).
- Add two or three lettuce or cabbage leaves, press them down with a spatula, and rub the entire surface.
- Discard the leaves, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and dry. Your TitaneX is ready.

Day to Day
Cooking with your pan
Getting the temperature right changes everything. A few habits worth learning once.
i.Getting Ready
- Check that the handle and lid are securely attached.
- Keep the flame from reaching past the edges of the pan: this prevents any discoloration.
ii.Cooking Techniques
- Medium heat is recommended for most cooking.
- Stir-frying and sautéing: preheat over medium heat, then raise it slightly after adding your food.
- Frying, boiling, simmering: low to medium heat.
The Move That Changes Everything
Let your food cook without moving it.
When protein (meat, fish, eggs) hits the hot surface, it sticks briefly. That's normal. Let it cook: after a few moments, the food releases on its own. That's when you flip.
iii.The Key to Natural Nonstick
- Preheat until drops of water form beads that roll across the surface (~320 °F).
- Then pour in cold oil, followed by your food.
- Avoid heating an empty pan for too long.
iv.Safety
- Always use the insulated handle to move a hot pan.
- Don't touch the sides. Never leave the pan unattended.

Cleaning & Storage
After each use
Light upkeep, and the pan sails through the years without missing a beat.
- Clean the pan, dry it, and store it in a dry, well-ventilated spot.
- For long-term storage, apply a thin layer of oil to the inside.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- White spots are normal (starch or mineral residue): a splash of vinegar or a slice of lemon makes them disappear.
- For stubborn spots, warm the pan slightly before cleaning.

- Pour boiling liquids carefully.
- Don't wipe the edges with bare hands (risk of cuts).
- Keep the pan out of reach of children while cooking.

Helpful tips
- Color changes are normal (heat, acidic seasonings). They don't affect performance.
- Fish, meat, eggs, and tofu can stick if the temperature isn't right or if they're flipped too soon.
- Blackening on the outside comes from burnt-on residue or insufficient cleaning.

Over time, your TitaneX will change. That's normal, and it's actually a good sign.
Titanium is a living material. With every meal, it responds to heat, to ingredients, to the way you cook. Certain marks will appear over the months. They're not defects: they're the traces of a tool making itself at home in your kitchen.
→Golden, bronze, or iridescent hues
That's the thermal oxidation of titanium, a natural phenomenon that appears with heat. Every pan develops its own unique tones.
→Light white spots
Starch or mineral residue from your food. A splash of vinegar or lemon makes them disappear if they bother you.
→A few surface marks
The trace of regular use. They don't affect cooking quality in any way: your pan keeps doing what it's always done.
→A patina taking shape
The sign of a pan with history. Cooks who've spent years with cast iron or carbon steel know this effect well. It's the same logic.
